Harness leather is stuffed with heavy tallow to make it weather-resistant and have a comfortable feel. Proudly made in USA by Buckaroo Leather Products. Horse hobble measures 1.5″ wide. Soft chap lined hobble is doubled and sewn. Nickel rings and Conway buckle for easy adjusting.
