How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Can I track my order?
Yes! Standard shipments include full tracking with DHL/FedEx. EMS tracking is available but may have limited updates. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Simply email our rider-support team at [email protected]. Most returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
My bit doesn’t fit – can I exchange it?
